This is 165 by 100 mm rectangle headlights used for the USA market ranging from 1978-83 Ford Fairmont to the current generation Chevrolet Express. They are standard from the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 108.

My '84 Accord has sealed-beam headlights, for both low and high beams (so four total).
