Unfortunately I cannot find any more an 80ies-commercial of AVIS Rental Car. Where a man sits on a country road and needs a new car, because his old one fell into pieces.
This car was a Skoda 120. There was once even a "making of" somewhere in the TV back then.

Funny detail: when the commercial was aired, the Skoda had to be camouflaged: with a black CGI-triangle over the C-pillar
