We have Seres in Belgium too, apparently. I've never seen one on the road, but there's an importer, specialized in chinese stuff.

One mess of a website, even though it's, and I quote, "a conscious creation" by some webdesigner.

Has Chery finally launched in Germany like they've been announcing for the past 5 years? All I can find are flowerishly - yet correctly - translated Facebook articles.

Spotted a Dodge Dynasty LE in TW
American vehicles were once everywhere in 1980s-90s TW, mostly Dodge, Chrysler and Plymouth for the passenger cars market.
GM vehicles were usually used by gov., like Buick and Cadillac for official, and GMC for Heavy-duty trucks
As for Ford, Mazda-based Ford were more popular, USDM Mercury and Econoline/ E-Series also had some popularity

Seen last summer at an evening cruise, a 1998 Panoz Roadster AIV, one of only 176 made. I had no idea what it was when I saw it. They came out around the same time as the Plymouth Prowler, but uses Ford SVT Cobra engine and drivetrain instead of a V-6. And we don't have any listed on the site, just the predecessor regular Roadster.

Nice, the only reason I remember the Panoz is from playing Midtown Madness.

:kaola: Terrible clunker - once I stuck in a Copen and a friend had to pull me out.

@Gamer: AFAIK all Copen are JDM, there was no Europe- or LHD-version of it.

Not true, there was an official European version sold from 2006-2011 with LHD.

... and listed in UK from June 03 as Copen 0.6 (659cc turbo), Vivid limited edition added July 04 (unique red paint, heated seats and a couple of other bits). Replaced here March 07 by Copen 1.3 (1295cc) - apparently the 0.6 unit no longer met European emissions regulations, so was given a Toyota-based non-turbo to enable Europe sales. No UK end date given but seems about 2010.

Thanks - looks a bit bodged - no shiny windscreen trim, front wing is awry compared to bonnet and sidelight doesn't fit, plus there's possible rust bubbling up on wing top. Mirrors and tints suggest a 70s example fitted with a 60s repro wing (which had different sidelight socket). Maybe a rubber bumper retro'd to 60s look, as it looks like the raised suspension height, but not using the proper bits??

There are notices from July 2023, that the import to Germany starts and actually on mobile.de there is a dealer -a Bosch garage-, who offers new Seres, the 3 available in 6 weeks, the 5 in 4 months.

Here are not many Chinese BEV on the roads, but maybe I dont recognize them, because generally I dont have a look for new cars at all.
Only the MG BEV I notice sometimes - when it's in this unique garbage bag-light blue.

1988-1990 Chevy Cavalier Z24 , still in decent shape but the square mags were replaced by 1995-1999 Z24 ones

Seen today from my window (already seen a couple of times in the years but never managed to get a picture, even if this one is bad, zoomed and cropped):

Incredibly rare Daihatsu Rocky Van, even with black plates! So 1984-early 1985. Never seen another van one, nor another Rocky with black plates as far as I remember.
