I've just gone through all the films on this site and deleted all the fake working titles. Don't worry it didn't take that long!

I just noticed the film Sugar and Spice was listed with "Sugar, Spice and Semiautomatics" in brackets, this was just a working title, so I deleted it. Working titles often tend to be quite clunky which why I don't like to see them on this site.

I agree.
In addition to what you said, sometimes the DVD release has a different title than the theatre release.

I've noticed that some films are listed with their working titles in brackets, I'd like to point out that working titles are not official titles for films, they are just a temporary title used during production until the real title is settled upon, so there's not much point in listing them. The US/English title field should be for when it is a foreign language film (a language other than English that is) or the film has a different title in the USA/UK, eg. the 1993 film "Dennis the Menace" was just called "Dennis" in Britain to avoid confusion with the character from the Beano comics. Also some Hollywood films end up having different titles altogether when they are released in the UK, "Saving Silverman" became "Evil Woman", "Duplex" became "Our House" (Duplex is the American term for semi-detached house, that really wouldn't make a good film title). I just think when you see a film on IMDb with working titles listed, don't bother listing them since they are not associated with the film once it is released, you won't find it on any video cover or poster.
