They should be cropped & resized, but if you do not know how to modify pictures it is maybe not so easy. Do you have any image edition program?

The ratio is not correct.
Car are to 'compact'.
For quicker uploading it's usefull to post the picture in the correct ratio with a maximum size of 720 pixels wide.
