Different wheels and seat covering. And in 2013 Don's car was safely in England still as WBL 348Y. So a cousin living in Germany.

There are some more V8 conversions of the MG. A time ago there was an article in my classic car magazine, but I didn't remember the issue.

Here the owners, a couple from Gamer-town, write something about the interior and the buyer of her previous MGB V8, but not about the history of the V8:

Oh, and that was the second Euro-spec Opel I came across last week. At the Memorial Day show I went to on Monday there was a 1976 Kadett C coupe

Ironically, the 900 Gen. 2. cabriolet was based on the Opel Vectra

Using the Vectra platform, but they did not had much in common

No, I did manage to get one photo of it, and it definitely was the Astra F Cabrio.

At the car show I went to this morning, someone had a 1954 Hudson Jet Liner. I'll post pictures later when I go through them.

There was also an Opel convertible. It was something that was never sold stateside. Unfortunately, I only saw it as it was leaving and I was too far away from it to get a picture. I tried but people kept walking in front of it. I think it was one of these:

It kind of looked like a stubby, more boxy Saab 900 Cabrio.

i was looking for some Québec plates on Platesmania just for fun and found some unexpected little gems.. and this one , which i met the owner once ( he goes at the same bank as me ) . I don't remember if its a 1987 or 1988 but he told me he bought it from an old lady with a low milleage and in really good condition...

If i ever meet him again i'll ask him the year, i have pics of the car too but can't post them right now

At least 2 BYDs were doing a test drive at the Automobile Council last April (despite the event being more oriented towrds classic and neo-classic cars):

were they a sponsor of the event ? the Terrebonne auto show i go each year ( well, when not raining , no pandemic and they don't close the place down for renovation ) was sponsored by a local Toyota dealership and they always had a few cars on the site
