Yes, they are supposed to be the same ambulance. But the artists screwed up here. For the record, the back of the ambulance was shown first. I videotaped Seasons 4 and 5.

Well, I didn't notice the difference between the two photos since I'm more used to see Renault or Citroën ambulances in my country.
It is supposed to be the same vehicle.
By the way, this ambulance is worth two stars : Used to transport Ms. Li : "Everybody keep drinking !!!" she says, speaking about "Ultra-Cola".

Both are Ford Econoline E-350's but the side view is of the cutaway van, while the back view is of the Super Van. This was a big goof on the part of MTV's animation department.
