As the image right actually belong to the companies which own the movie rights, we do not really have rights on these. So you can use them. But it is always nicer if you can mention that they come from imcdb, with a link
Even if imcdb does not have rights on the images, these are the result of the work of members of the site. Especially for the identification of the cars, and the comments related to them. So for that, citing the source is good.

I would like to find out what the terms and conditions are of using the images from the site for, lets say my personal blog???

I am not aiming to make money from these images and would like to know if it is at all possible that I use some of the images~!?
