Well, that would be a very strange thing to custom make, that's what makes this so confusing and interesting. The only obvious custom touch is the wheels, which remind me of '80s AMGs.
I'm continuing to keep an eye out, and if I find it parked, I'll be sure to get a shot of the VIN (body style is usually in there, right?).

As I said before there was no factory made Vision coupe, it's either a custom job or something else.

The C pillar looks more like a Sebring.
I'm going to start leaving my camera in my car now. I'm sure it's a Vision!
(I just checked CarDomain, of 64 Visions, none are coupes. One was a Talon and one was made in 1921, but no coupes.)

Well here you go then. Simply remove the rear door in photoshop

It would be interesting to have a pic of it, then

There is no such thing as a Vision coupe, or any LH-platform coupe for that matter. It must have been a custom job. A 2-door wouldn't work well for that platform anyway, the wheelbase is much too long and it would look very out of proportion.

Ah, I thought of one; has anyone ever seen an Eagle Vision coupe? I don't even need a picture of it, just say you believe me! The Encyclopedia of American Cars, Wikipedia, google image search, allpar.com, and even this site, list no such vehicle. There's one I see around town sometimes, but I don't carry a camera with me, so I can't prove it.
I actually can't seem to see that there were any 2 doors based on the Chrysler LH platform, but I haven't looked as thoroughly.
