I asked you that because, in this case, you can upload your pics in comments of this vehicle in http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_207-Ford-Thunderbird-40-1957.html using thumbnail for forums from ImageShack, http://www.geting.se/ , etc.... Main pic of the vehicle only can be the 'real seen' in TV set or Cinema
Despite that, since your pictures are from one of the very nice ever made, I upload them but remember that, next time, you can do it by yourself
Thanks

Behind the scenes. I dug them out from my parents photo album. We followed the production crew around for an entire day. The third picture came from the fellow who owned both birds at one time and still owns one. I have another that shows the crew standing around the bird looking at the engine, I'll scan it and send over the weekend. Enjoy.

T-BirdLover, are all your previous 5 pictures from the TVSeries or come from behind cameras?

So these are all behind the scenes photos? Cool!

Another shot of the '57 headed down the strip. With the Desert temps soaring it was 100 degrees or more when they shot these segments. Robert Urich often wore Tennis shorts and sneakers and up top you'd see the designer shirt and jacket. They would pull over often to spray him down with water because of the high temps, he'd towel off and drive back down the strip. The day I was there he was in shorts and his white jacket and angry because the new engine they put in the car kept over heating, delaying shooting.

Another great shot of the Bird going down a near empty strip circa 1980..

Tanna coming out of his kewl pad which was only used for location shots. A contractor worked out of there by day..it was behind the old Bank of Nevada Bldg.
