This is from the episode "Road Kill", the Dodge is (ab-)used to kill several people. The investigator said the suspect has a registration of 1979 Dodge D100 and a copy of the car documents is visible (and reads 1979 Dodge D100). But due to the several front damages (caused by hitting people and cars) the investigators find a lot of replacement grilles in the suspect´s garage. Maybe it´s really a '79 D100 and the guy put a newer grille on it.

This truck is too new to be a '79:

It's a 1991-93 Dodge Ram D-150.
