And how do we list this ? Is it a car, a motorcycle or boat? Noone can tell.

We excluded the "snow bikes" as usually the criteria was that it should be useable on a normal road (i.e. wheeled or tracked)
But this thing matches that criteria despite not being wheeled nor tracked
