There is a movie that is about a high school kid that is in a battle with a teacher and they keep going back and forth attacking each other. The kid has a red 69 Fury convertible with a white top and interior, and Cragar wheels. Eventually the teacher steals the car and destroys it.

I saw this movie over 10 yrs a go on the super late night movie, and have been trying to find out what it is called ever since. Seemed like a pretty low budget movie.
