i'll ask him tomorrow how the interior looks like. he sent me pics of the outside and it looks pretty good for a 45 yo car . i'll post them tomorrow ( well, later today now..... )

Depending on the options and condition, that would be the lowball price:

One in perfect condition would be worth $20,790.

Just curious... one of my friend's dad passed away and he had a 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass SX 2-door coupe ( no 442-styled hood, regular one ). the car is in good condition, has the 455 Rocket engine paired with the Hydramatic 400 3-speed automatic . it has 78,000 miles on it . He bought the car in 2013 and paid 11,500$ ( 13,200 with taxes ) for it. The liquidator of succession claims it is worth only 5,000 ( mainly because he wants it to be sold to one of his friends ) . since the car is unavailable to him, my friend cannot take it to go for evaluation.

Can somebody give an approximative value of the car or a link to a website that could help evaluate it ?

Thanks
