I saw this a long time ago, and I cannot remember the name of it:

Micky and Minnie are driving in their anthropomorphic car (doesn't speak) Guy in big blue car (also anthropomorphic) comes along. Something happens, blue car tells smaller car to back off by honking its horn. Something else happens, big guy gets chased away. Ends with the two mice sharing a kiss in the car.

Any help?
