We allow wheeled ATVs, but not hovercraft. Not sure what kind of vehicle you are referring, don't think ATVs existed in the era of Stooge films. Could you be more specific on the title so we can see what you are talking about?

There is an amphibious ATV from the 60's in a Canadian Movie listed on here and I am not sure is it would be permitted. A different model if the same vehicle was also used in a Three Stooges live action movie which plays before and after one of their Cartoons. I am not sure if that would be permitted either, both because of the ATV, and because the cartoon association, even though the vehicle is shown during the live action portion.
