hello, yes, sure, it might help others that come across looking for info. i did test the services and they provide a report with owners and location of the vehicle, and also information regarding debts and tickets (not sure if the current listed site does that too)

i want to contribute to the community with a website i've also found, it's hidden on the 4-5th google page so it's not easy to come across. https://informe.com.ar . it also gives you plates debts and tickets as well as owner and location.
