Do you happen to know if there's a website where I can check which of the possible cars was available in that combination of body color and the burgundy / brownish leather interior?

I think it might be an early 80s Rolls Royce Silver Spirit or equivalent Bentley (Mulsanne, Eight etc).

In this episode Jane Wyman's character uses a car that is different from her usual Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II. The scene was filmed very closely in order to deceive the audience and cover the fact that it wasn't the Rolls.

Can anyone identify it, please?
