On https://elcinema.com/work/1004025/cast gives the year of the second page and you can find actor names from the first page.
It also has the two titles:
Bir Damat Araniyor = مطلوب عريس = Groom Wanted
غوار لاعب كرة = Ghawar Laib Kura = Guar, a football player
So I think it would be better to link our movie page to the first IMDb page, add all titles, and I'll add comments on the movie page to explain all that.

Yes, because have many Turkish actors in this film, but was released in 1968-1969 only, but Arabic version was released four years later

If it is a co-production, why more Turkish than Syrian? Because filmed in Türkiye? (as IMDb mentions Syria as only country)
