Yes, I saw your first comment, that’s why I don’t put you brands where we can add logos and some additional information.

I came across this "Phillips" brand.

Where the coupe is indeed of American origin, but has no connection with the two wheels.
For this:

Year is 1980-1983.
Phillips Motor Car: A historic car manufacturer known notably for the Phillips Motor Car Berlina Coupe, a rare model produced in only 78 examples

Phillips Cycles Ltd. (based in Smethwick, England), which at the time was part of the Raleigh Industries/Tube Investments group.

Cf my comment above: there are thousands of makes, for many of them it is easy to find the info, it is just a matter of time to update the page.
For ex-USSR makes it is often more difficult to find info though.

Updated. There are thousands of makes, I update these one by one from time to time when I land on them while renaming vehicles

While filling a small history of each make + links to related makes, I realize that the British automotive industry is a so worse mess than what I thought  So many companies buying each other in the 20th century, that's unbelievable.
I already updated many of the BMC/Leyland, I have the Chrysler / Rootes to do after.

I created a new make for the Canadian company: https://www.imcdb.org/vehicles.php?make=DUX-Machinery
