I saw Mousetrap with some family at the Brown County Playhouse in Nashville, Indiana many years ago. It was very good.

The building is the University of Arts for time-based media at Kleistpark subway station. In Nazi-times it was already the University of Arts i guess.

I checked back at midnight 3 hours later to make some videos of the action scenes but they already disappeared. So sad! Lets guess what movie it could be. A movie sponsored by Audi? Iron Man 4?!

I know this was posted 2+ months ago, but only now I noticed this by chance. Yes, it has a Syrian license plate from the Aleppo district. It's a good thing that now it's safe in Italy, because currently half of Aleppo is in ruins from the civil war and the Buick would have probably been destroyed in the crossfire had it stayed there.

As far as Ingo`s post is concerned: The white hearse right behind the truck could be made by Stolle while both the beige and the black one might have been converted by Pollmann but I`m not so sure.

A few impressions of our Abu Dhabi-trip last week. Not too many interesting cars for me, just masses of mostly brand new Premium cars, as Benzes (ca.70% of them AMG), BMWs (same percentage M-package), Bentleys, Ferraris, Lexus, etc. Common cars were mostly Hyundai and Toyota.
I've noticed, that the few older and rougher cars mainly had pltes from the other Emirate-states as Dubai and Sharjah.

Nearly nothing older is to see there, except a handful of 90ies Mercedes C- and E-Classes, some single W126 and the only real classic (I haven't been at http://www.enam.ae/index.html# ) was a black Mercedes 190 SL, parked at the street.









In the early morning and after the sunset you see hundreds of rough Leyland Ashok-buses, used for the trasportation of the countless Nepalese, Pakistanian and other foreign workers on the countless building sites there.

So that's what they do with those old Daimler ambulances. Hey, I just saw this on a modeling forum:

No idea, why I cannot find the pics (either my PC misses a programme or the pics from that town aren't published - in Germany Google Street View is only available of specific towns).

If someone may be successful: the location, where a Google-car (in Germany all Opel Astra H), has spotted me in my NATO-olive Omega, was the Schützenstraße in Gladbeck, nearby the LIDL-market.


These Google-datas are not really actual. The Google Earth-pics are partly 10 years old. For example those from the town of Dortmund. When you look for "Edelrosenstraße 17" you can see my Omega and Nadines dark blue Astra G parking in the backyard. So the pic was made on a Sunday in the late autumn 2004, because:
- the Omega was bought in March 2004, the Astra in September 2004
- in Juli 2005 I moved away from there
- late autumn, because there a no leafs on the trees, but the ground is still green and not brown
- Sunday, because Nadine stayed at me. At that time she lived in Essen. The empty parking lot of my company confirms, that it was a Sunday.


At Google Street View there is a funny pic of the mother of Nadine's colleague: granny-like with a pillow under the ellbows sitting at the open window, waiting the the next neighbourhood-gossip
