I found interesting the page 19 about the Mercedes that drove by itself for 621 miles on public roads... in 1994 :wam:
Recently they made a fuzz about nearly the same thing, but I find much more impressive doing that 24 years ago

I like the 1964 "pre-GPS" system :smile:
I just wonder how the engineers would have managed to fit a paper map of the entire USA under the dashboard (or even one showing only a small part of them) if that device had been sold, as neither the width of the "screen" nor the area around it seem to be that large...
