Unfortunately the access on this site is not for non speaking japanese, but very interesting. I tried to Babelfish anyway... 
Honda has a chapter "The Best Scene of Honda" in its official japanese site where are listed cars and bikes on film:

Some cars and bikes are already listed on IMCDb, others are not. I found "Prénom Carmen" and "Lune noire", french film not listed, but also "Music of the heart", "time after time"
