Lincoln/Cadillac were the standard status symbol of the '50s-'70s and that's what most senior citizens drive today.
I agree for those that can afford them. I also see a lot of my generation in buicks and mercurys. But 30 0r 40 years from now we probably will be out of gasoline and probably will be driving a luxury electric go-cart.
