would it be smart to keep on redesigning vehicles like the E-Series and the Express/Savana when they're mostly sold to businesses who could otherwise care less what their trucks look like? If GM and Ford want to appeal more to the general public, they need to make more appealling cars and should change the design at least every 5 yrs.
