Note that if the images do not have the proper aspect ratio, you have to uncheck "keep aspect ratio" and compute which height goes well with the width that you entered.

If you have more than one image, you can use Tools -> Batch Processing.

Do not forget to specify 80% quality in the options when selecting jpeg as output format.
