By what i can understand similar to Spanish G-Cento wants the Fiat to be three stars even if it doesnt deserve them, and Neon explains him why it cant get three stars, at the end he keeps insisting and Neon changes the star rating "ricordati però che è un'eccezzione" "but remember that ti is an exception".

In my opinion if the car doesnt deserve the three stars it cant get them...
