What antp says pretty much sums up with problems I have when processing contributions- some are not compressed enough to fit a 80kb limit, while others are not scaled to a 720px width, which makes adding photos time consuming. You will note that Vilero, Chicomarx and others' contributions who fit the guidelines tend to be processed more rapidly as a result.
