So let me confirm, the max file size is 80kb and 720 px width, is that correct?
EDIT:I just had a go at this and can get 720px but its 80.3kb, is that acceptable or am i gonna have to wittle off the extra .3kb
80 KB is a max, not a target size. You should compress to 20% (or set quality to 80%, depending on the program), which will give you files around 20-60 KB depending of their width/height.
