Actually in French I think they are all good, as French does not require much uppercase letters There may be few accents missing, but I corrected most of them some time ago.
The TV movie/serie type was added lately, and I could only find those that had "(TV)" in their title, so the others will have to be corrected when we find them.
I agree for the use of " / " for multiples titles, that's also what I used.
