Here we go again. Anoather newbie member thinking he can just ask to be admin and thinking its gonna happen. And from someone who did the same thing when he first joined nearly two years ago, take my advice.
It aint gonna happen. You need to show you are a good regular member that contributes frequently with a good knowledge of identifying most cars accurately. This doesnt happen overnight yeemoh, it take months/years.
