It’s indeed a military 1984 Chevrolet CUCV M-1008, based off of the civilian 1984 Chevrolet K-30 Custom Deluxe Fleetside.

Is it still there? Appears to be being painted, perhaps? The front drive axle is still there, just the front wheels have been removed. Of course the Fleetside pickup box has been removed also.
