In Canada and the USA you only can get fuel with 87, 89 or 91 octane, at some large stations in bigger towns their "Ultimate" - with lousy 94 octane.
Most of the gas stations around here have 87, 88, 89, 90 and 91 octane fuel with a few having 93 octane as well. You can also purchase 100 and 110 octane "racing fuel" at a couple of stations.
