...as with antp ... there's a 70mph speed limit on UK motorways (I've not pushed it in my cars ..as there's too much cctv,speed camera's,police etc...)Fastest i've been is 80mph with my 442 ..but saying this an old pink Caddy sailed past me when I was doing this speed (..good luck to him.!)
...fastest i've been on the motorway ..in the 1980's ..was 110-115mph on my Moto-guzzi 850 motorcycle (..the scenery flashes by like on 'streethawk'.!!
) ...in built up area's the speed limit is 30mph ... I did do 75mph in my Buick Electra ..racing against a Ford capri mk.II ... and was also flashed by a speed camera (I didn't know one had been recently fitted.!!) ...anyway ..I was very worried for some time ..but as nothing was ever heard...I think the camera wasn't working yet ...so very lucky really.!!
