As it has a Swiss plate, I'd not go for a prototype. Rather some private conversion. In Switzerland were some small manufacturers for such things.

Not something by the Swiss GM factory, as it already was closed in the late 70ies.

Couldn't find anything on internet, is there any info about this car?
