e.g. pick Spain for Spanish title if used in Spain + all South America.
Or no country if a title is the same in various countries that speak different languages.

Generally Spain will have one title and Latin America another. It's rare when they match if the title is in Spanish. Latin American Spanish is apparently very different from Spanish Spanish. I took French in school, but I probably should have taken Spanish instead. It would be more useful in the US.
The most prominent Latin American Spanish countries in order are Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina.
