There are some bigger changes, like support of Unicode titles and car makes/models (for non-latin characters), and several more technical (not really visible).
Probably some others I forget, that could be found in the Site update thread.
Around 2017-2022 there were probably not many changes, it is only recently that I restarted to take time for improving the site, one little step at a time
