I'm not sure when, but the Avtocod site for Russia decided to put all its info behind a paywall. Currently the only Russian site that I can find that we can use without paying is Avtois: https://avtois.ru/
Also, something that @Alex_DJ suggested for me to use in another discussion, but decided it'd be better for all of us to have easier access to; CarInfo for Sweden: https://www.car.info/en-se/
EDIT: Disregard the 2nd site. Reason below:
Only use car.info as a reference for yourself, it's a third party site that uses automated info that is not always correct. Do not post its info here!
Use Transportstyrelsen that is the original source that all the third party site uses as reference.
