The tradeoff on this shell, there a slight delay on clicking to the next session and/or tabbing the link at that site that I could live 
What do you mean exactly by that?
In case you are using the site without being logged in, there is a 0.5 delay added when loading a page. This was added when we had issues with bots not detected as bots, maybe I should remove it.
But it does not affect users who are logged in.
