My question was more about why they had not been renamed:
- because IMCDb wants to underline this distinctive feature?
- or because nobody thought about this hiatus until now?
Maybe it would be better to have a common "Break/Estate"(1) category, so that someone seeking after this kind of 504 in movies should see both right- and left-hand drive cars?
