Last weekend I replaced with a new router which supports the IPv6 routing. Seems to have less problem loading the advertising banner with Internet Explorer 9 64-bit and Internet Explorer 10 (32-bit version). Occassionally, it would freeze up a few seconds before I get back to control on IE 9 64-bit. It still crashes occassionally with IE-10 (32-bit). It was not so bad from earlier this year. Of course, I would still use the Waterfox browser (64-bit) for the time being
