A 1967-86 Mercedes-Benz T2 "full Woodie"
(Pre-2004 registration plate from Vilnius)
USSR/Russian models:
A Cabriolet "D" (4-door) for sure, but is it a 1937-41 Typ 230 (W143) or a 1937-42 Typ 320 (W142)? Does the one-piece windshield make it a W143?
