For me, besides the fact that this means that we then give links leading to websites that provide what seems to be illegal info, and keeping in mind that I'm not a lawyer (meaning it's just my reading of the texts 
), the real problem is that the IMCDb contributors that use these sites reuse SIV data in their comments (MY can be identified by other means, but engine and trim come directly from the SIV). And a such, the IMCDb should have a license to make it, and we shouldn't display these info publicly:

I don't know how much is the fine for displaying SIV data without the corresponding license. Nor if it's a really deep plunge in the "forbidden zone" (if it ever is) for the IMCDb when displaying these info...
