You really have a problem with unknowns being listed. Coincidentally this is what this website deals with. I don't agree with you here or see the logic regarding: https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=778584 and https://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=288179
First one: the manufacturer of the cab can be tracked down, just because it looks modified doesn't mean it was built completely from scratch. And the trackless train will stay as unknown even if based on a tractor. Yes, such vehicles exist. There surely was a company dealing with converting these and not just custom made for a slight documentary role and the manufacturer looks too experienced that it must have a name and was likely mass produced. There is such a thing as coachbuilders.
tl;dr: it doesn't look made in a Siberian backyard, therefore it will stay as unknown for now regardless if you like it or not.
