Now even Japan has to rely on Chinese buses?? 
I'm not sure who they're trying to sell it too.. Fuso, Hino, and Isuzu are still popular and doing well so unless they want an articulated bus or want an EV it's very impractical to get a bus from anywhere outside Japan, let alone China.
