No, they had different fronts and also some differences in mechanics, suspension etc. The early 1978-80 127 Fiorino and italian-built 1980-82 Fiorino were based on italian 127, whereas the diesel ones and 1983+ "unified front" Fiorino were based on brazilian 147 and built in Brazil those brazilian-built ones weren't available in some EU markets like GB, Sweden and possibly others which continued to receive italian-built ones without diesel engine.
