No, they had different fronts and also some differences in mechanics, suspension etc. The early 1978-80 127 Fiorino and italian-built 1980-82 Fiorino were based on italian 127, whereas the diesel ones and 1983+ "unified front" Fiorino were based on brazilian 147 and built in Brazil :wink: those brazilian-built ones weren't available in some EU markets like GB, Sweden and possibly others which continued to receive italian-built ones without diesel engine.


OK :smile: Maybe it would be better to include "Diesel" in the model name of the pre-1983 models, to make them more identifiable? (instead of just "D" in extra info, as they were badged as such, no?)
Weird that they kept the Italian model just for some market after that...
