I've searched IMCDB with no success for this movie, so I tried my limited skills by capturing some shots in this 1989 flick, starring Sly Stallone and Donald Sutherland.

Most of the action takes place in jail, so there are not many vehicles around, but a few appear here and there. I tried this classification, feel free to change/challenge/debate, this is my own criteria

Four-star important role vehicle:
This Mustang has a pivotal role in the movie, becaming from a pile of metal into a gleaming dreamcar, she manages to create a very strong bonding feeling between all most important movie's characters as they rebuild her together.
Stallone names it a 1965 V8 289/225, and the other actor grins in approval. Former condition:

I decided NOT to capture any image of what happens to her, as it simply breaks your heart (just check John Amos' expression and compare it with the rest of his role and in the movie and it says everything).

That covers it all, there are a couple more background vehicles in the workshop, but they are semi-covered or so fuzzy a proper ID would be very difficult and with a limited contribution to the site (imo).
Once uploaded I guess this movie can go in the "completed" list

Gee I'm happy I'm shy so the overwhelming appreciations don't embarass me
