I'm hoping that someone can help me with a query on the use of a video capture box (DIGITECH QV-3090). I bought one of these items a year or two ago and I haven't tried using it for some time.

I managed to get it to do what I wanted when I last used it but this time I'm having a problem. I've reinstalled everything and the image runs OK on my computer but when I try to do a snapshot nothing seems to happen. Where do the images go? Am I pushing the buttons in the wrong sequence? Please help me as I'm at my wit's end having spent more than a few hours on this. I'm obviously missing something and the instructions aren't any help whatsoever....

I want to contribute pictures to this site but I'm clearly not smart enough.

What do you do when you do the snapshot? If you use the Print Screen key, I guess that it fails because the video is drawn using "overlay" (atted later by the video card, not drawn by Windows itself).
Well, usually in such case the only solution is to use the built-in image capture function of the program that you use to display the video, if there is one.
