Yes, it seems correct (well, usually it is 640x480 as the ratio is 1.3333333333333333333333333333333333(infinity of 3) and not 1.33, but 1 pixel does not change anything

4:3 is 4 divided by 3, which is 1.33 with infinite 3.
So some programs round that to 640x480, which is the standard 4:3 format, but as I said for 1 pixel it is not a problem.
